Hi i am having a problem with my sky, i have no signal and if i do the picture is pixelated and cant watch it. i have done the LNB test, updating process, turning it off for so long and turning it back on. we have 2 sky boxes and the other one is working perfectly fine. My last thought is it is the box!! Can anyone help. Many Thanks Lj
