Something is seriously wrong with the Hastingstransmitter. Both my mother and I live on the outskirts of Hastings, different streets, but well within the green regions of your coverage maps on here.
We regularly lose signal and TV channels. All my neighbours where I live have become so fed up with it that they have had satellite (FreeSAT or Sky) dishes fitted.
When the digital changeover first happened there was no problem. But since FreeviewHD came online there has been nothing but problems. It doesn't matter what the weather it just randomly happen, mostly in the evenings.
Can anybody offer any advice or give me the details of who we should complain to please?
