Similarly to trevor brown we retuned on the 27th of December and now are unable to receive any of the first 10 channels amongst many others. We have tried every option including a full factory reset and retune, so we have become stuck.
Is there an issue with our aerial? It was installed around 6 years ago and I read somewhere about a wide band digital aerial receiver now in use. Do you think that the aerial we have is too old now? Or perhaps the hanningtontransmitter is undergoing repair? We can receive analog signal ok.
