I'm having reception problems. I can't receive the ITV Programs (Channels 3,4,5,6)
I use a Philips DTR 1500 Set Top Box connected to a Philips TV.
I've reset the Digital Box to its Virgin State as supplied by the factory.
My Postal Code is BH6 3HS. It is shown as being in a Good Reception Coverage Area.
The picturequality on all other installed channels is Excellent.
Your Service Notice for the RowridgeTransmitter is not reporting any problems
I'm not sure what my next steps should be. Any help appreciated.
