We found that we couldn't receive ITV channels through our old freeview box. Called in the aerial man who said aerial signal was fine, but said we needed a new digi-box. Bought one but found that picture and sound were distorted (pixelating). Purchased new scart lead but no improvement. Changed it for another digibox (same make) which proved to be even worse. We didn't have problems with BBC with our old digibox, but even those programmes are being affected.
Have we just been unlucky with the two digiboxes? Any ideas?
