The lip sync problems persist on Freeview HD - also on my YouView PVR but no such problems on Freesat. While in Westover Toyota Salisbury yesterday watching their new HD TV their sound was also out of sync which is re-assuring!
I too would like to know where to go to complain.

Just checked my TV and all HD Freeview channels are in sync on my Samsung 4K TV. YouView also sorted so there must have been some work on the Salisbury transmitter in the last day or so.

Ditto here. I am at SP5 2LT, an aerial pointed to Salisbury and have a new 4K TV (a week ago). All was fine until mid week when the audio sync on HD went. I was told by Samsung that it was a known problem that they are working on. I then went to my YouView box and all was well until the picture would stutter for a varied amount of time.
To resolve this I have returned to my Freesat box and that is fine.
