I cant get Red Button to work. I get the menu but no further than a message mentioning "technical difficulties" and "try again later." Its been like that for weeks.

I have just found I can get Red Button not by going to the published (200) but by pressing the Button in any BBC program.

Radio Times continues to publish the old / wrong number for BBC Parliament ----- for weeks now it has been 131, NOT 81.
