Thanks for that Briantist. I'm not sure how much I understood, but I guess that means it'll be a while before the channels settle into their proper places so I need to hang on in there & do nothing for the moment? Very grateful for your help.

I can't receive ITV3 or 4, although I get the other ITV channels. This is very frustrating - any ideas please?
