My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I had lost Film 4 completely after the switch over on 6 July. Just unplugged, re scanned as suggested and found the
channel
again but "bad
signal
". Any ideas as to how to get the channel watch-able?
