My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Great. Had the same problem today. Missus been on at me all day to fix. Changed to 8 day and hey they are back. I am now officially a genius. Thanks to this thread and big thanks to Michael.
