My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I can't get channel 1tv 1 ch4 or ch 5. I get all other
channels
and has very good
signal
please advise I have an alba 22inch built in
freeview
(2012 model).
