If someone could help me, I'd be extremely grateful.
My postcode is SO302AG and I live in Southampton, Hampshire. I have an LG 32LD490 TV, which has in-built Freeview HD.
Following the digitalswitchover on March, I understood that I should have been able to receive HD channels, however I am so far unable to. Whenever I retune the TV, it fails to find the HD channels (51, 52 etc...). I have reset the TV to factory settings and tried again. I have removed the booster from my aerial. I have bought an attenuator for the signal, in case it is too strong. I have tried the TV plugged into my separate loft aerial, which does not have a particularly strong signal. In all cases, no HD channels.
Strangely, I did once manage to receive them using an set-top aerial, however the reception was very poor and other Freeview channels were not found at all.
Can anyone give me any advice? I bought the TV specifically for the Freeview HD channels, so it is frustrating not to be able to receive them.

Hi there,
If someone could help me, I'd be extremely grateful.
My postcode is SO302AG and I live in Southampton, Hampshire. I have an LG 32LD490 TV, which has in-built Freeview HD.
Following the digital switchover on March, I understood that I should have been able to receive HD channels, however I am so far unable to.
Can anyone assist me with this?
Thanks,
Dave
