I am thinking of buying a . I live in , Lancashire and will be using an external . Has anyone any experience of the DAB in this area? Where is the DAB signal transmitted from, for Barnoldswick? I would be most grateful for any assistance.

Many thanks for your input, gents. I'm about 150 meters above sea level here and intend to put an external on the chimney stack. My tv is from East Marton so I'm hoping I can find a somewhere nearby in North Yorkshire. I'll let you know how I get on.

I have the radio, currently with the internal bit of wire that came with it, and am getting a few stations, none of the BBC though, I am listening to smooth at the moment and getting 80kbps bit-rate and a strength that fluctuates between 50% and 98%. Hopefully the dipole I'm going to put on the chimney stack will improve things greatly.
