How old is your tv that is missing channels, as some channels are transmitted using dvb2 and if tv isnt compatible thats why they could be missing.

IF you remove the tv aerial connection from your tv and retune it will then wipe out the memory of the television.Now put tv aerial back in go to manual settings on television and input the transmitters frequencies manually.
