Thank you for your advice and information. At the moment everything seems fine. We didn't re-tune thank goodness. If there any further "possible service interruptions" I will not re-tune. Many thanks.

Hi wonder if you can help we have lost all BBC channels
Tried digital auto tuning but still no BBC channels. Is this due to the weather?

Thank you so much for your help. I think the retune caused
loss of channels. Wished I left it alone but I didn't
know what could happen, live and learn I guess. I think we
will have to wait, hopefully not too long. The weather here
is bad so as you say it may be due to that. Once again many thanks
for your input and help.

I have tried manually tuning in Freeview BBC 1, 2 and
BBC News 231 but they don't show these numbers don't show up.. Do you know
how the channels take to return. Sorry for sounding
a tad stupid at this I am not techno minded. Many thanks.

I wondered why it appeared 4 times. We went into
Manual Tune option and BBC channels are not
listed. The weather is supposed to improve tomorrow
hopefully we they will return then. Thanks for
getting back to me. I appreciate it.

The TV is quite old and we have been thinking
of getting a new one. I think this will push us to get
a new one, especially if BBC doesn't come back soon.

Is it ok if I get back to you tomorrow, it's
my parents and they are very keen on getting a new one
This one is 15+ years old. I will pass on everything you have
said. The manual tuning is only showing channels 22-66.
Not showing channels 1,2 and 231 Freeview that is. Maybe
it's best to wait for the channels to come back. It's a Sony Bravia
have no idea what model it is, sorry.

Sorry forgot to add neighbour have BBC.
This is very confusing . I fear we may not get
BBC back again or it could be a long wait.

Thanks so much for your help I followed
your instructions and have every BBC channel except BBC
one. It's showing BBC 2 instead, so I have two BBC 2
now.

Hello I wonder if you can help us, we have no TV signal in the Hove area. Are there engineering works, do we need to re-tune? Sorry we are not tech minded at all with any of this. Any help and information regarding this would be most appreciated. Many thanks.
