Watching TV on my Samsung Tv with and Tivusat CI/CAM .

Hello everyone, i bought the Tivusat CAM card and put it in my CI directly in the tv. The card is activated, I have Hotbird 13 and 19 in my building however when I automatically tune the satellite there are NO italian present in the list (ie it's not that they are there and I can't see them). I suspect it's something with the settings of Hotbird (there is no universal setting), LNB frequencies/settings (i used 9750/10600). Any ideas please. I am trying to reduce the number of decoders, set up boxes. TV is UE40F6740 with HD. Thanks for your!!

Thanks for your respone, this is what I ended up doing using Samsung Smart TV.
Set up Hotbird 13E
Settings:
: 10719 mhz 27500 V
LNB set 4/4

Subsequently did a manual channel search to get Mediaset Channels however the frequency, simbol rate and polarity combination are not there on the predefined.

So create "New"
Set Frequency to 10919 mhz , simbol rate 29900, Polarity set to V
and you get the Mediaset channels as well.

Now my Tivusat is showing as not active so I am liaising with customer service to get it reactivated...getting there. Thank you all for your
