Hi,
I have a skyHD multiroom box that keeps losing signal, I on occasion get it working again only for it to lose signal again within an hour or two.. My main box is perfect. I have only had the equipment for just over 12 months, so my warranty is up.. I have tried the first 2 of your methods, but I still have problems.. I was wondering wether or not the box is liable to fail if it gets warm or that is usual.. I'm thinking about doing the update of software but would like to know wether it is the phone line or broadband router that I need to plug in for this process, and if I should keep the viewing card in or take it out... I have contacted sky, but they want £65.. Bit of a joke that they expect me to pay for equipment that doesn't last 13 months.. Cheers..
