I live at the foot of Box Hill but frequently (recently) have no signal/bad signal/digitised pixellated pictures. What is the point of having this digital revolution when the result is worse than the original analogue service? BBC/Transmitting stations PLEASE get your act together.

The aerial is in the loft as this estate is not permitted outside aerials. The aerial was fitted by a local engineer and tuned. It has an electronic booster.
In some weather conditions the reception is interrupted or even ceased - with breaking up of the picture into pixellation groups.
Yesterday afternoon reception was OK after nil reception on Friday 18th March.
We are unable to get some desired programmes such as UK Gold or Film on 4.
