it is not there when we select 38 it goes to 35 i hacve turned it normal and first tune also has it dissappeared like challenge?

where has 5* and 5+ gone we like to record on them if we are late getting home in time,
of course we know that we can loose any channel at anytime

we have had our freeview box for a coupleof moaths now we did enjoy challenge tv station but it has dissappeared now
any idears?
