Hi Pete, yep it was fine this AM but unusable last night at 5pm. I rang the BBC again and they said the issue was not resolved. They said last week engineers were on it(!).
They have now made it a "Priority". I have got a new Case number.

I've just reported this to the BBC. Initially I contacted DigitalUK as directed but they were pretty useless and directed me back to the BBC!
BBC said it is affecting TR2 to TR12 postcodes and they are still looking at the issue.
I'm pretty sure it coincided with the Retune on the 5th June.
