My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I have
freeview
tele and during the day between 1pm to 5pm we get breaking of the
picture
. This happens every day. I rescan in but it stil happens. Is this a fault of the
transmitter
.
