Mr redwood the best advice i can give you is to get a local aerial man out to check everything there is very few things your next door neighbour can do to affect your tv though how old is your aerial that could be your problem

Steph has this dish ever worked? Did you put it up or was it put up correct by a profesional with a proper meter. If it was put up by yourself with a cheap meter with 5 lights you have it on the wrong satellite. One other thing the dishes that come with these type of free to air sat receivers are very poor so that might need changing hope this helps.

Julie if you are still receiving welsh and have done everything you can your only other option is to call an aerial man and he will be able to tune your tv back into granada you could also have a problem with your aerial but he will be able to tell you hope this helps

Eddie is the kitchen further away from the dish than the living room, if it is it could be the dish alignment or the dish or even the lnb. Some receivers react differently to weak signal you have done everything you can do the dish could do with being checked on a good meter to check signal strength but most importantly signal quality. Hope this helps

Hi i went to a customers house today his dish was on the back of his house and his box at the front of the house. The cable could only go over the roof as there was no way around the house, sky had done what they allways do just throw the coax over the roof. Needless to say coax rubbed and let water in, luckly the box was ok all i had to do was replace the coax but every other tile just put a small lashing wire v in to stop it rubbing. So message to everybody who is in the same place either get an independent to come out to stop the cable from rubbing or wait and pay for the whole cable.
