My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

I seem to retune when the weather affects the
signal
from
Sudbury
so I often lose Pick TV. On the 27th June will the signal be optomised and will I eventually get Film 4 back ?
