I live in apartment of 62 others with common aerial. Cannot receive Ch20 ITV3, can receive Chs1-9 & 11-20 all O.K.
TV eng informs me that this is the same all over Brackley. What can be done and what is the reason for this fault.

My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+Saturday 1 June 2013 5:47PM

I have tried retuning many time NO luck. How do I do a Manual retune to UHF on Ch 50. My Freeview is part of the TV NOT a box!

As a result of the reset on Wednesday I no longer receice ITV3 on Chan 10.
Will it be back in service again?
