Hi,just a query re :- Channels in the LL40 1LT
area, Will this area have all the remaining channels in the near future on Freeview ?. At
present there is a limited amount of channels
that can be viewed. I have been told that this
problem is that the reception is relayed to the Mast at LL40 1LT via relay stations.

Just a query regarding Freeview in certain areas of Wales. Since the changeover to Digital,transmission via Preseli to the LL40 1LT area, do not accomodate all of the channels on Freeview. Will this be amended in the near future ?. The new channel that came on Freeview is unavailable in our area, many residents cannot purchase either Sky or Freesat to give them a full allocation of channels, so why it is unfair that most of UK can receive all channels, and this area are unable to receive all channels.

Why will Freeview concentrate on upgrading your relay stations first, some areas of the UK cannot receive the full allocation of channels.

Any news re-transmitter upgrades for the Dolgellau, Gwynedd,with regards to Freeview channels. Will all channels on Freeview appear
in the near future, or have they forgotten about this part of Wales.????

Once again I am asking this question, When will West-Wales receive the full allocation of Freeiew channels. It's a shame that some people cannot afford SKY transmissions, I know that Freesat is available free, but the cost of purchasing receivers & dishes are not cheap. Please for everybody sake hurry up with the modifications to the relay transmitters.

Hi,after several comments regarding channel coverage in the Dolgellau area, ,still awaiting a response for a full allocation of channels. Will this ever happen ?.
I believe an upgrade to the relay equipment is required ?.

Thanks for the response, I am fortunate that I have SKY, FREESAT, FREEVIEW, and also I use to have a satellite dish pointed at Europe, so I have a good choice of channels. A lot of people in my area can only afford FREEVIEW and they are only limited to a certain amount of channels, not the full allocation. I was informed that the Relay Transmitters down the valley have not been upgraded, so that is my question why these transmitted have not been upgraded. ????

Any news when the Dolgellau area (LL40) will have the full allocation of channels on Freeview.

Hi all, just a random question, I live in west
Wales where we receive a certain amount of Freeview channels due to reception being relayed from transmitter to transmitter. Will
this problem be rectified at a later date ? so
then we can receive all the Freeview channels.
Will be very interesting if this happens or will we be forgotten because we are in Wales.
