My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hello. We are in the area and since retuning our this week, as advised, we have lost 12, 15, 18, 21 and 22. We have tried the procedure of unplugging and turning everything off, retuning with no plugged in, then retuning with all plugged back in again. However this makes no difference, The appears good and we've retuned on different days/times. Could anybody advise or elaborate please? Many thanks, M
