Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitters are available at your location, where you are in relation to them and your predicted signal strength etc.

Derek: Sutton Coldfield and Lark Stoke should both be good at your location. The Wrekin doesn't appear on your coverage prediction at all. I would go with Sutton Coldfield and it will give you more channels (both transmitter carry the same BBC & ITV region).

verity brown: Now 80s has been removed from the Freesat program guide. The broadcaster has not announced a reason as to why, or whether it will return at some point. The channel is still broadcasting and can be added manually in non-Freesat mode using the parameters given by Richard.

Robert Carruthers: The frequencies used for Freeview on Tillicoultry are close to those used for 4G by the mobile networks. If the work you saw on the mast was to install new antennas for 4G mobile services, this would explain the problem you are now seeing. If you contact an organisation called at800 (see link below) they will be able to confirm if this is the case and they will send you a free plug in filter to connect to the incoming aerial feed behind your TV.

Pat Davies, Vivienne JOnes & SANDRA BOWEN: According to the transmitter engineering notice above your posts, the Rheola transmitter has been off since 18:24 last night. It's unusual for planned engineering work to be carried out in the evening during prime time viewing, so it's likely that this is due to a fault. Do not attempt to retune, your channels will return when the transmitter is back on air.

Martin Epstein: If you provide a full postcode we can see whether you might be able to use another transmitter that will give you more channels. Otherwise you could look at getting Freesat.

Martin Epstein: Emley Moor should give a reasonable signal strength on most multiplexes, although COM4 is predicted to poor until early 2020 when it changes frequency. You would likely need a new wideband aerial to receive all the multiplexes broadcast by Emley Moor.
