Thomas steele: Please provide a full postcode so that we can see which transmitter you're using and your predicted coverage. Also, have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV? Do not attempt to retune.

Dhansukh Mistry: If you work for Hisense shouldn't you be asking someone within your own company, rather than posting on an unofficial technical website?

Mark Fletcher: According to the R&TI Service link which has appeared below your post, the transmitter has been off air for the last couple of hours so it could well be related to the earlier power cut. As the transmitter company seem to be aware, it should hopefully be fixed within a few hours. Do not attempt to retune.

Ronnie McGuire: Have you checked the cable between the amplifier in the loft and the socket in the lounge? Unscrew the socket and check the outer screening braid of the cable isn't touching the inner conductor and causing a short.

Peter Gwenlan: I receive COM7 from Wenvoe and have just checked and it's coming in fine here (I'm much further away than you in an area where reception of Wenvoe is sometimes a bit marginal). Have you checked for any loose or damaged cables or connections behind your TV?

Stephen gadd: Is your aerial horizontal (little rods going left to right) or vertical (rods going up and down)? If you click the Digital UK Trade link underneath your post it shows that you should get good reception of PSB1-3 & COM4-6 using vertical polarity, whereas COM4/5 are not predicted to be available and COM6 is predicted to be weaker using horizontal.

Peter Gwenlan: Retuning is never recommended when channels are suddenly lost as they will just be deleted and searched for again, when they are already correctly tuned to begin with.

c tomlinson: If you put your postcode in to the checker on ukdigitalradio: Home it will show you which DAB stations you are predicted to receive.
