Leila Andrew-Haskins: Probably because that 100W covers 18,000 homes which makes it commercially viable to broadcast all 6 main multiplexes, rather than just the 3 PSBs.

Imogen: That's TV have apparently claimed that they are suffering from some kind of technical fault. This is an unofficial technical help site and unfortunately I have no further information than that.
