May: Check the cables from the dish are securely attached to the back of the box and that they aren't damaged on their path to the dish (if it is possible to follow them). If the cables look ok, unscrew them from the back of the box and check that no strands of the outer metal braid are touching the centre pin causing a short circuit.

Forteith: The frequencies used by Lochwinnoch are close to those used for 4G mobile services, so it's possible that you're experiencing interference if a mobile mast in the area has recently been upgraded for 4G. There is an organisation called at800 (https://at800.tv) which has been setup to deal with these problems, if you contact them they can check if there are any 4G masts in your area and send you a free filter to connect to your aerial which will block the unwanted signals.

Lian: Either Sky have reactivated the subscription for the viewing card in error, or the subscriber it was originally issued to has resubscribed to Sky without telling Sky that they no longer have their old viewing card. I would get in touch with whoever gave you the card, as presumably they're paying for the subscription channels you're now receiving.

Don Router: Suggest you contact ITV with your comments. This website has nothing to do with any channel/broadcaster and is for technical help with TV and radio reception problems.
