Since you returned at winter hill and we were told to return our TV, which was on Wed 7th March 2018. We have very poor signal on the ARQ B frequency. We had no problems before now we have lost the channels on this frequency. We shouldn't have to buy a new aerial, when we were OK before Wed 7th March.
Please can you look into this for us and if possible strengthen the signal on the ARQ B transmitter.
