Diary of changes to capacity of ArqB, ArqA and SDN multiplexes

For the past week the
channels
on the ARQA
multiplex
have had sound break-up ptomlems through my television set. I have done a retune but with no improvement. These channels work o.k. through my recorder. Any ideas what can be done.
