I live in Reading and receive Freeview from Hannington. I've just realised that Freeview channel 1, which has always been BBC 1 South is now showing BBC London. After a diligent search of the channels, I discovered BBC 1 South hiding amongst a load of radio channels at channel 800.
I'm not sure if this is a technical glitch or a policy change. If the latter, I cannot say I've seen any publicity about it, and it doesn't seem particularly sensible. I don't think of either Hannington or Reading being in London. If it is a glitch, is there anything I can do to sort it out.
Ps. If it helps, ITV on chsnnel 3 is still showing Meridien, rather than whatever the London equicalent is.
