I am experiencing the same symptioms as Dave from Ellesmere Port (Fluctuating Signal Strength and Quality)from Winter Hill over the last 2-3 weeks. Prior to experiencing the current issue I have had excellent reception from Winter Hill on most frequencies (I am in the Runcorn Area). I have removed my distribution amplifier and linked the aeirial to each tv in turn and seen virtually the same results on each set.
