My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

hi have rescanned my tv with the arial out as i was missing the first ten
channels
. i have reinserted the arial and done a new
scan
still to find my first ten channels are missing again. any advice would be helpful.
