My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Hi,
I live in NG11 and lost ITV,
Channel 4
and 5 on my HUMAX PVR-9200T and on my Sony Bravia KDL-37V-4000.
I did as above but now the
channels
have disappeared. Can see ITV1 on channel 802 but has a very poor
signal
.
Have removed the
booster
and reset but still did not reappear.
We have an
aerial
on the
roof
.
Please
help
