I've recently ended my relationship with Virgin after nearly 3 years.
On my wall was an attachment to my existing coaxial aerialcable that I used to get free-view through and attached to this cable extension was a splitter and a bit further down a unit of some description.
Now, I also have a tv aerial socket in my bedroom.
I cannot get a free-view signal down the aerial in the living room yet can in the bedroom and am wondering if there is some kind of attachment to my roof top aerial that is stopping the signal. I live in a block of flats and i have a rough idea where the cupboard is but want to find out if this is the case before I call anyone out to open it to see!!
I have also found that the engineer cut coaxial cable and that is now too short to attach to a face plate properly
