any chance it is the actual dish? had intermittent problems with loss of signal for about 12 seconds, for about 2 weeks then picture would come back.
it is an Amstrad box i have.
am sky customer but just trying to avoid the inevitable £68 charge, if can solve myself.

tried all reset options really p..... off now. standard sky box is stuck on standby no matter what i do :(
