My TV picture is pixelating and there is a banner at the bottom that says low signal strength. I completed the reset procedure with no effect. I've disconnected the BTVision equipment and am running only Freeview. I'm not sure where the aerial is since I rent this house and the cable comes from the wall directly into the TV. It is either in the attic or on the roof. The map shows a fault with the Sutton transmitter but when I double click on it the deals say nothing is wrong. I'm inclined to believe the map since my TV is demonstrating that there is a problem. What do I do next? Do I report the problem or simple wait? If the latter, how long does it take for these things to get corrected? Thanks for your help.
