Can you let me know when you spot it having been fixed as I don't want to have to retune too often. I guess the advice to anyone else experiencing the same problems is NOT to retune, just to wait. Anyone got a clue who to contact and tell that there is a problem? We'll need it fixed by Friday!

I've logged the problem with the bbc, both online and with the number suggested by Briantist (thanks!). anyone else noticed anything similar?

Here's hoping that now that the bank holiday weekend has finished these problems might get resolved!
I've just contacted the BBC (03700 100222), who weren't much use, and channel 4 (0845 0760191) as I've noticed a lot of pixelation on channel 4.
The BBC did say that they were aware that there were problems in this area and didn't want to go through the standard questions so they must have someone looking into it.

I've just had an email from the BBC, it appears their computer says there isn't a fault so there can't be one. It must be a problem with my aerial / tv / decoder...
'Compu'er says nooooo....' springs to mind!

Have just spoken to a very helpful man at Arqiva (who incidentally said don't believe everything that you read on this forum but the guy who runs it - Briantist - his advice is 'pretty sound'!).
Anyway, the man from Arqiva is looking into it. He admitted it sounded a little odd as I've got 2 independent freeview hd sources, both of which stopped working at the same time. He certainly didn't seen to be aware of a problem and said that nothing was changed over the bank holiday, but he did accept that it wouldn't affect many people at this stage and that might explain why they hadn't heard. He also suggested that I retune my decoder without the aerial in, then retune it again with it back in to completely wipe the memory, which I've done to no avail.
He said he'd ring me back in a bit so I'll let you know how I get on!

Update! Very helpful man from arqiva has contacted their control room who are aware of what's been happening, but aren't sure why. They're in touch with a local retailer who told then hd channels were working ok on saturday when they'd switched to a reserve transmitter but weren't aware things had changed back since then.
If I hear any more I'll let you know!

Has anyone else in the nottingham area lost all of their hd channels? Mine have all just disappeared, exactly as they did in april. Everything else is fine.

Not sure if anyone can help but the freeview hd channels on my humax hdr fox t2 have just stopped working. They were fine last week but now any channels on PSB3 (ie channels 50, 51, 52 and 54) just seem to have stopped. Pity, I had set doctor who to record! Retuning hasn't helped, the channels have completely disappeared. Any suggestions?
