My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

Three days ago I suddenly lost all but the D3+4
channels
. I followed the reset procedure to no avail. I live in
Lancaster
and according to this website the local
transmitter
is functioning normally, can you give me some advice
