Whitehawk Hill (Brighton and Hove, England) Full Freeview transSunday 24 April 2011 3:01PM
Brighton
Why are relays on different frequencies (and have less channels), don't they work like repeaters.. I would have thought they would be all on same freqs as main transmitter in the group.. ie rowridge, whitehawk etc.

There a number of new channels starting in the coming months... I am puzzled where they get the space from. or will it be a case of more legovision ;)

Its the TV, I have removed all other tv leads, and switched off everything near.
With no cables other than the aerial lead, we still have issues.

OFcon change plans again.. They said before that it wasn't possible due to international regulation..
so is there a uhf map for this plan, or will they map the new ones NATIONAL only muxes, so they can all broadcast on same UHF freq, which is possible I presume

Is there a reason
SDN, ARQA, ARQB, com7, com7, com8, com8, com9, com9, BBCA, D3+4, BBCB
why com7,com8 and com9 are listed twice!
Thanks :)

a local Brighton company has been assured that they will have coverage over whole of Brighton. I find this hard to believe when some parts are on a relay.
How will local channel work if areas are using main and relay transmitters.. surely if power is boosted relays won't be needed

wow once the switch over is done.. you'll no longer get any BBC channels, unless you have a HD box and get BBC HD..
No BBC no license fee to be paid.. Unless your list is right.. seems after 21st March you lose half the channels you was getting.. at 7th march.
Can you confirm this is correct, or is the 21st in addition to the 7th ;)
