I live in CO16 8XE. Since Monday 12 March 2012 I have had problem with Channel 19 on . Tried to watch suits on Tuesday night, but kept freezing, then got notification that weak, no transmission, check antenae etc. etc. Tried to watch repeat on Wednesday night but same story. Starts of okay and then I lose picture. Same story for Channel 20 Really, which I could get perfectly before Monday. Today I retuned all and Channel 19 working fine so far, but what would cause this type of thing.

I am also very very angry about your just taking off a programme that obviously lots of people were watching, judging by the comments above. I have just tried to complain by phone - I rang on 0207 705 3000, spoke to "" who didn't seem to know what day it was, let alone about Pick TV programming. She put me on hold and left me there. I eventually hung up and tried a different approach. I used the "live chat" function given on Sky home page. I stupidly thought it meant I could chat to someone there via my Webcam. No, you have to type in your question and you get typed answers back. I got Wassim, who must have been the slowest typist in the history of typing. I eventually got fed up waiting for him/her? to pick the keys with a reply, I cut short the call. Then tried to find an actual telephone number for Pick TV - it obviously doesn't exist, but I found lots of viewers complaining about the same thing. You have taken off "The Biggest Loser Australia" at what I think was Week 4 out of a possible 12 weeks. How on earth can you just do that without letting viewers know. Don't you care about viewers. If that is the case, soon the viewers won't care about you. I am not remotely interested in Australia's Customs officers, i.e. you have put "Nothing to Declare" in its place. I have now switched ...shame because I was really enjoying The Biggest Loser Australia.
