My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

EPG out of date, when opening EPG channel changes to BBC1 then EPG disappears and won't return! Pressing INFO always gives info for BBC1! Have rescanned with no to clear , but still the same! I blame Rupert Murdoch hehe. But honestly it is p####ing me off! Thanks.
