PCNE has apparently shifted from skychannel 706 to 791. However as I do not use a sky box to watch this and it is not listed on Lyngsat I need to know the frequency and bit rate which I can find nowhere. Can anyone advise..Am in Kent UK and my wife is Chinese hence the Chinese Language Channel I use a FTA Satellite Box and a selfsat antenna.
