Since my last post I connected the tv to another communal aerial and retuned and this time lost the channels I had before and got the ones that I lost originally. Transferred the Tele to the usual aerial and did a reset and now only get multiplex 2 etc (ie now have lost bbc). Any ideas?

Hi. W9. Lost a number of channels yesterday, get multiplex 1 and 4 (I think) only and even then the reception on the others is not great. Have never had a problem before, my tv has freeview inbuilt. Communal aerial. Have reset the channel list/retuned numerous times. When I manually search I get told there is no signal for the multiplexes I have lost. Help!
