We cannot receive ITV3, it went about six weeks ago. We did an automatic search but nothing came up, repeated this many times but with you luck. We have an outside aerial. Postcode is YO60 6NS. Reception on other channels is not very good, this has only happened in the last six weeks. We have a PVR with an inbuilt preview.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Thank you for your advice, I have now done this and still ITV3 is scrambled, anything else I can do?

About 4 weeks I started to lose my freeview channels and all the channels started to freeze, I retuned umpteen times, turned off the PVR (which has built in freeview) and then at the socket and gone back to the default settings, I do sometimes get a signal but ITV3 which is the channel I watch the most is dreadful. My Postcode is YO60 6NS, I have an outside ariel
