My ITV/C4 Freeview channels have disappeared - what can I do?

My LG 40" plasma none HD set tunes in into East Midlands area and all channelsare in order but my Sagem HD recorder on the same when tuned in gets but in wrong order eg BBC1 is 1 but ITV 1 shows up as 800. The HD channels are all over the place!

The Sagem picks up three areas East Midlands/Yorkshire/Yorks Lincs - my postcode is NG3 5RG

What can I do?
