Mazbar, I've done about 6 factory resets and also tried the disconnecting the aerial then scan to fully clear the channel list and nothing works. This is for both TVs.

My channel 50 says no signal as well on two LG TVs when I try the manual retune. Postcode is OL11 5HL. At best I can get 63 channels and 12 radio channels. No BBC whatsoever.

Not sure what you mean by your post Glenn Davies ? I'm in Winter Hill, have successfully retuned several times in the past but simply cannot get channel 50 at all since the engineering works. I'm convinced the fault lies with the engineers.

Digital UK are saying there's nothing wrong with the transmitter, ditto BBC. Got no BBC Channels or Sky news on both LG TVs, Rochdale OL11 postcode. Can't someone just take this seriously and admit responsibility and start to put it right ?
