Your info put me on the correct path.
you stated rf should be set to 36.
found under uhf channel set to 61.
tried setting to 36 and it now works fine.

PS did spend about 4 hours on this. Swapping it to another tv, retuning endless times, replacing cables. Renewing wall plate connection which cable was to short and had to release extra from outside in order to pull enough through.hit it a few accasions with a hammer and jumped up and down on it a few times.!!!! wish id asked the question earlier.

Having problems with humax hdr on bbc channels only. keep getting "service unavailable try again later" flashing up on screen every few minutes. Have retuned but is still occuring. Using freeview thro tv is fine.

I cannot get teletext on my freeview tv. I have tried bbc1 and the other bbc channels

I have a problem with my humax.
When watching bbc 1 or 2 on my pansonic tv,
If the humax comes on to record i lose the signal on the tv. This does not happen if watching itv.
or if i turn on the humax and revert back to the tv i have no signal on bbc 1 and 2.
